  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or organic sugar)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup dairy free semisweet chocolate chips (I used Trader Joe's; reserve a few to sprinkle on top)
  • 1 1/4 cups zucchini (grated, about 1/2 medium)
