these turned out perfectly. I added 1/3 c chopped pecans, did not press out the moisture in the zucchini and cut down the baking time by 3 minutes

I used a bit more cocoa, 2 cups grated zucchini (packed down a little) and more chocolate chips. The muffin tins were filled and they were about 30 minutes baking time. Soooo delicious!!

Excellent! Nice to have a recipe without applesauce cinnamon and cloves! Turned out great and very moist YUM! 😋
