Easy and delicious and freeze well. Nice to have on hand when I want my chocolate fix and fill my carb macro.

These were so good! My batch produced 15 muffins and they were half gone within 12 hours! I will definitely make these again.

After following the directions exactly the first time, I made a second, modified, batch that suited my family better. I skipped the cinnamon, almost doubled the cocoa and added chocolate chips. Note to self: to hide the zucchini from suspicious little minds, I need to finely grate the zucchini on a hand grater.
