- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 12 oz. dark chocolate (melted, I used Ghirardelli Melting Wafers but you can use chopped dark chocolate, not chips)
- 24 caramel squares
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
