- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder (or raw cocoa powder, to taste)
- 1 pinch salt (this helps amp up the flavor, but can be omitted if you wish)
