- 2 cups nuts (crunchy, soaked and dehydrated or lightly toasted, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc. coarsely chopped, See All About Nuts)
- 1/2 cup nuts (hemp)
- 1/4 cup goji berries (dried, optional., If you're nightshade intolerant, better skip these)
- 5.4 oz. coconut milk (1 small can of premium thick ,I used Native Forest brand)
- 2 cups sugar (Just Like, Table Top natural chicory root sweetener)
- 2 Tbsp. berries (dried schizandra)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 inches fresh ginger root (chopped, 16 grams)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vitamin c (pure, crystals, pure Ascorbic Acid)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut butter (113 grams if you’re weighing it)
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 6 oz. baking chocolate (100% unsweetened pure, gently melted, warm but not hot.)
- 1/2 cup protein powder (I used Bluebonnet 100% Natural Whey Protein Isolate Powder, Original Unsweetened)
- 1 1/2 tsp. decaffeinated coffee (Mt. Hagen organic, crystals)
- 2 Tbsp. maca powder
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup lecithin (sunflower, powder, as an emulsifier)
