- 1/2 cup cacao powder (organic, <-- this is the fair-trade cocoa I use)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (<-- this is my favorite sea salt)
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1/4 cup butter (pasture, room temperature)
- 1/4 cup honey (light colored, {I used local creamed clover})
- 2 eggs (organic or pastured, room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (organic)
- 3 apples (medium-size organic sweet, peeled, cored and quartered {I use Fuji apples})
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries (organic, * - approx. 20 strawberries {See Notes})
