I made these for a friend's birthday, and they were raved about. I upped the whiskey and Bailey's content because the flavors didn't come through. Also, the recipe neglects to share how to divide up the remaining butter after the first step. I used 2 tablespoons in the ganache and the rest for the icing. I also just barely had enough icing for all the cakes, so next time I'll increase my icing recipe!
