- chocolate chips (— semi sweet or bittersweet)
- walnuts
- 2 cups all purpose flour

- 2/3 cup cocoa powder (I used Dutch processed, sifted)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 1/3 cups milk (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or bittersweet)
- 1 cup walnuts (roughly chopped)
