I used almond butter as I did not have peanut butter, and used honey instead of maple syrup. Came out good, could have used a little more honey for sweetness. Baked for 30minutes.

I love the taste of this cookie. I replaced 2 tbs of maple syrup with 1 tbs of stevia. the result is chewy, more like a peanut butter & chocolate bar.
