Excellent. It never looks quite like the picture for me, the quinoa mixture always fully absorbs the coconut milk. However, the texture is wonderful and the recipe is flavorful.

Pretty straight forward recipe with delicious flavor and a variety of textures. I opted for a porridge-y consistency which turned out quite well... seemed to get better with every bite!
