As the directions were written, it turned out with a great consistency, but lacked sweetness, so I added a ¼ cup honey and added an additional ¼ cup pumpkin purée sweetened pumpkin spice and honey. Turned out AMAZEBALLS!! I'd add more dates next time too I kind of liked the occasional chunk in the pudding.
