It was a little TOO Jello-y and not creamy pudding. I also used 60% dark instead of bittersweet as requested by my taste testers (family). The flavor was great but the texture not as well liked.

It turn very well, but next time I want try adding candied or fresh ginger, or as topping, something to give a kick
