1 SERVINGS
- 1 frozen banana (broken into pieces)
- 5 strawberries (about a handful)
- 1/2 cup milk (your favorite, almond or other plant milk for a vegan smoothie)
- 3 Tbsp. protein powder (I used hemp protein powder or you can use your favorite protein powder)
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder (stay on the lower end with 1/2 Tbsp for a milder chocolate flavor, more for a stronger flavor)
- ice (optional – add ice to thicken and/or make the smoothie colder)
- maple syrup (this is optional to sweeten, add up to 1 tsp)

It was all powdery since there's only 1/2 cup of Almond milk no matter how much ice I used. I had to add much more milk. Taste was good though.
