Followed directions precisely and here are my thoughts. My teenager found it too sour. I would change it up as follows: Vanilla greek yogurt instead of plain. Really no need for unsweetened cocoa powder IF you use a chocolate whey protein powder. Or use 1/2 of recommended cocoa powder. Delete Stevia-sometimes that can make it taste strange. Add raisins or currents and sunflower seeds. You can also use Almond milk with a little sugar (ie, 3 grams vs 7) for sweetness.
