- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk (undiluted, no water added, not sweetened condensed milk)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 4 icing sugar (rounded tbsp, powdered sugar)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate bar (chopped, for garnish, optional)
