- 90 grams chocolate protein powder (I used Dymatize ISO-100 Fudge Brownie)
- 3/4 cup stevia (Pyure organic, blend = 1 1/2 cup baking stevia or granulated sugar)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup egg whites (8 large)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (or 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup peanut butter)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
