It’s good! Maybe it’s the oat that Iused, but it’s was just a little to bland. I’ll suggest to add more vanilla and to add salt.

This recipe is fine, but I prefer to use chunky peanut butter. The nuts add another dimension to the cookie.

12 cookies is not enough!! Only change in doubling is using 2 cups of sugar, and 1/4 cup of cocoa, 1/2 cup milk, 1 stick of butter (never margarine).Bring to to boil stirring often, once full rolling boil time it for 1 1/2 minutes (do not stir during rolling boil). Remove pan from burner, add 1/4 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla, then 2 1/2 cups oatmeal (3 cups if instant). Stir and drop by large teaspoonfuls quickly onto waxed paper or tinfoil. Perfect ever time!

I like that the recipe only makes 12 cookies. Otherwise I would eat way too many, they are so good!
