- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Dutch process cocoa powder (or natural, unsweetened, see note)
- 6 Tbsp. butter (softened to room temperature)
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pinch table salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips (I use semisweet or bittersweet)
