I had old bananas so I was looking for some ideas… thank you for this recipe it’s just delicious 🤤🤤🤤

It tastes delicious, like a peanut butter cup. But with 1/4 cup of peanut butter involved, the whole recipe is over half my daily calories. So I think I’ll only make a half batch at a time, more reasonable calorie-wise as a breakfast.

Tastes like a peanut butter cup! very good. A word of warning though, taste before you add the maple syrup in the end, as i thought it was a bit sweet even without it (honey is a little less intense).
- Added vanilla greek yogurt or vanilla almond (or any non-dairy) milk instead of vanilla extract too.
- Added 4 oz. of kefir for probiotics.
- The bananas don't need to be frozen.

Skipped the ice since I was using frozen bananas. Omitted the maple syrup - though I think I’ll add it next time! Very rich tasting.

Tasted great! Used fresh instead of frozen bananas and added about 1/2 tbs maple syrup. Just wish healthier or more low calorie options were listed.

Very good. i substituted real life filtered whole milk (higher protein and lactose and carrageenan free), I used one frozen and one fresh banana - otherwise followed recipe exactly. My son commented 'it would be good with coca powder' so may try heaping the two tablespoons next time - excellent as is though - a Great Shake!
