I made these for my husband so I tweaked the recipe to make it more adult friendly. I used cacoa nibs instead of chocolate chips, almond butter, added a teaspoon of vanilla & used maple stevia for sweetener. They turned out okay. They were a little too dry & neede more nut butter flavor. Next time I will add more almond butter & use a banana for sweetener to add more moisture.

I really loved the consistency of these muffins. Perfect for a quick breakfast or light snack!

Not sweet enough doesn’t have to be gooey sweet, but not a fav of the family as recipe reads

They turned out delicious. My entire family loves them. Next time I️ will spray the cupcake paper with nonstick spray so they are easier to peel from the wrapper. Win, win in my house :)

Good! Reading some of the comments, I opted to milled half of the oats so I used 2 cup rolled oats and 2 cups oat “flour.” I also used two ripe bananas, smashed, in place of the sugar. The muffins taste a bit salty, which I am guessing was my choice of peanut butter, so next time I’ll eliminate the extra salt. But I’ll definitely make them again!

the ratio of oats to milk was wrong. the batter was soup like and tastless. i added more oats but it did not thicken the batter. i added cinnamon and a little extra sugar and still tastrd bland.
inorder to thicken the batter i added 1 cup of unbleached flour. i put the muffins in oven. The result was a bland tastless muffin. i do not recommend this recipe.

Very good and simple to make I added walnut slivers and dried cranberries along with the chocolate chips

Definitely healthy but a little light on flavor. Will make it again but will experiment with cinnamon or something else to make it more appealing to the kids. I'll eat them, but my littles won't.

Delicious recipe! I love the fact it is flourless and healthy. I used coconut sugar in place of regular sugar and added some crunchy pb on top after baking. Next I try this recipe I will omit the pb and add vanilla, cinnamon, raisins and walnuts to make oatmeal raisin muffins! Yum!!

Turned out great! Be sure to use whole rolled oats and not quick oats. I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder to make them more of a meal.
I add a little crunchy peanut butter on top after toasting them and it's a great breakfast that keeps me full for hours.
Next time I may add a banana and some nuts.
