- 3 Tbsp. water
- 6 large eggs (at room temperature, separated)
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar (get coconut sugar here or use Swerve for low carb here)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (or coconut cream)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (powdered, run regular coconut sugar in a blender or food processor until finely powered)
