I made this recipe with a couple of changes for health reasons and based on previous comments of them being dry. I used honey in place of sugar, bumped the orange juice up to 2/3cup, used 1/3cup flaxseed and 2/3cup gluten free flour and finally I added a pinch of salt. For ease of school lunches, I made muffins and they turned out really well I will make these again!
