It turned out sooo good! been trying different mug cake recipies for years and this has been the best one so far. I used a half and a half of almond and coconut flour, and replaced maple syrup with 1 tbsp honey. needed to add a bit of almond milk cause batter was too thick, due to not using maple syrup I guess. topped it with peanut butter, raspberry jam and pecans <3

Yum! The only thing I changed was to switch the 1/4 c almond flour with 2 T almond flour and 2 T ground flax seed. Tastes the same and is just that much healthier!

Fantastic. I use whatever liquid oil I have on hand, to keep the recipe quick. (who wants to take the time to melt 1 tsp of coconut oil?) It's good with coconut flakes, or dark chocolate chips.
I like to add some crushed flax or wheat germ, it makes it thicker and more like a brownie (and makes it seem healthier)!
