I've been making this every week since my husband really loves it! It's so easy to make and the results is just amazing! Consistency is perfect too and you can always adjust the sweetness of it!

Didn't work for me -- chocolate seized, as some of the commenters below mentioned. It does make a ton -- definitely more like 8 servings in my book. The taste was good; very light, almost hot chocolate like. Will be looking for a richer/darker chocolate recipe next go round.

Make sure you let the chocolate cool a bit before adding it to the egg mixture or it might seize up on you.

It was really good but 4 servings is a bonkers thing to say for this recipe. It makes a lot!!!

It turned out great! I used Andes Mints instead of normal chocolate to add a minty kick to it. I made a double batch so I used less salt and didn’t add sugar since the Andes Mints were already sweetened. Definitely will make it again.

Not sure what I did wrong. It turned out a bit more salty then I prefer and it wasn’t as stiff as it should have been.

Fabulous dessert but would make 8 servings rather than 4 as us very rich. Top with a swirl of whipped cream & shaved chocolate for contrast of texture.
Will be on my list of favourites!!

Love it wasn't too rich. I left out the sugar as the dark chocolate
was already sweet .

The best dessert recipe ever! I only had semisweet chocolate so I cut down the sugar by a lot (I think you could almost eliminate it altogether if using sweetened chocolate, and if you don't like your desserts sweet)

My family loved my mousse!! It was the best mousse I have ever made! 10/10 recommend! Best cooking app!

this looks so easy and it was my family loved it when i made it for family movie night and plus i used whipped cream instead of chocolate shaving and its was more fluffy and had a smoother taste and it was very rich.
