These are amazing and chewy. They are my go-to cookies whenever I want something easy and delicious.

SO GOOD! I used dark chocolate chips I had on hand and a bag of green mint chips. I’ll continue to make this recipe. The double chocolate with the mint was to die for! I didn’t miss the extra bag of mint at all.
(2nd time) Used peppermint white chocolate chips this time and didn’t use room temp eggs. Still delicious!
