- 1/2 cup chocolate milk (or regular milk)

- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (I didn't add)
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tsp. vanilla extract
