Pretty good. Changed it up a little by baking it in an air fryer. 350°F for 8-9 minutes but there was no lava inside. So next time, I'll reduce the time.

Turned out awesome! I only had to microwave for 30 seconds** to get desired lava effect. Highly recommend & easy to make
**1 min in microwave made it completely cooked.

wasn't so keen on the lava so added a teaspoon of hemp protein flour to cocoa , lovely light rich chocolate sponge, topped off with wiped cream yummy. also I used half a teaspoon of sugro max liquid sweetener instead of powder sweetener witch I add to the egg mixture

Didn’t quite hit the spot but still not too bad. I didn’t want to wait so did it in the microwave. Would try it again in the oven.
