The perfect union of chocolate and raspberry, this scrumptious dessert will quickly become a favorite. Loaded with healthy dark chocolate and raspberries, these cakes are loaded with antioxidants. The velvety softness will bring a pleasant sensation. Preparation does require the use of a double-broiler and the patience to melt chocolate.

- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 200 grams butter
- 8 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- raspberries
- 1/2 lemon
- sugar

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler. Add the sugar, remove from heat, and add the eggs one by one, without mixing. Add the flour and mix well to incorporate.
- Pour the batter into greased and floured ramekins and bake for 16 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by cooking the raspberries for a few moments with a few tablespoons of sugar and the lemon juice. Strain.
