This was new territory for me. I replaced the cookies for the crust for a caramelised oat cookie as I already had them. The evening I made the tart I was slightly disappointed with it. Then came the next day and OH MY GOODNESS it redeemed itself! My only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 star is the fact that it had to rest for long but 5 days later and I am making it again!
