- 1/2 tsp. baking soda (aluminum free)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup full fat organic coconut milk (I recommend this brand)
- 1/4 cup organic coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup ghee (melted grassfed)
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup, honey for GAPS)
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (organic)
