- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened organic)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (plain)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (or currants/raisins)
- 2 Tbsp. crystallized ginger (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. canela (optional)
