- 2/3 cup natural cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup non dairy butter (or shortening, I used Earth Balance Sticks)
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 24 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped)
