- 1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar (+ 1/3, divided)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 3 1/2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen, though if you use frozen, make sure you fully thaw them before using)
- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
- 16 Tbsp. whipped cream ( light canned, I forgot to add this before taking pictures, but it’s delicious!)
