- 1 graham cracker crust (ready made, or homemade version with 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Mix and pat in pie plate. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes and cool before filling)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz. cool whip (container of, or use my substitute below.)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
