Trying to adjust to cutting out sugar - this frosting was surprisingly good... but I did cut back the cocoa powder to 1/4 cup and used only 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar and added 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk and it came out sweet enough but not too much so.
