- 1 cup cashews (raw natural)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed, use lemon for ACD)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 20 drops liquid
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk (from a can–I use Thai Kitchen)
- 1 tsp. chia seeds (whole, ground in a coffee grinder to a fine powder, about 2 heaping tsp or 10 ml powder)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest (2. 5 ml)
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (good quality, I find Baker’s too bitter for this purpose)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil (preferably organic, use refined if you want no coconut flavor)
- 2 Tbsp. carob powder
- 30 drops stevia
