- 1 cup cocoa powder (sifted)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup vegan butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed light brown)
- 1/2 cup apple sauce (unsweetened, or 2 eggs if not making vegan)
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup non dairy milk (unsweetened, your favorite kind)
- 1 cup yogurt (plain non-dairy, I used coconut yogurt)
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 30 oz. coconut cream (or coconut milk that has been refrigerator overnight)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (sifted)
