- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (120 milliliers, or full-fat coconut milk)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 3 cups coconut flakes (unsweetened)
