Super tasty! The blended dates made things a little difficult because they're so sticky (and my poor Magic Bullet struggled a bit lol) but I added just a bit of coconut milk to the mix and it helped things blend. Rolling the balls was sticky too but covering my hands with flour made that easier! Delicious and nutritious, these ones just go in your freezer so you don't even have to bake them!
