- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 3/4 cup cashews (pieces or cashew nuts, 100g)
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil (melted)
- 2 egg (size 6)
- 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (I used Richfields in NZ but any dark chocolate chips works too if preferred)
- 2 Tbsp. stevia powder (or xylitol or erythritol - I used natvia)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
