3.5 stars. Would make again but would probably try a different recipe first. Very pleasantly soft, cake-like cookie, but a little bland -- not enough pumpkin flavor for me.

I love walnuts, so I replaced half the chocolate with nuts. Great taste and not too sweet! Perfect with a cup of chai.

Perfect recipe. I added dark chocolate chips and added nutmeg, all spice and pumpkin pie spice to the dry mix.

Wonderfully! I halved the chocolate chips and added half white chocolate chips and turned out great!

The pumpkin flavor took a back seat to the chocolate chips, but was prominent and tasty. I cooked these on the top 3rd rack of the oven for 12 min, then cooled on my cookie sheet for 2 min prior to moving to cooling rack. The only thing these cookies were missing was a glass of milk. Yum:)

I would've preferred it to taste more pumpkin-y but it was still good. I probably won't use this recipe again.

Delicious, mini pumpkin bread bites! Super moist and satisfying cookies. I was out of brown sugar and so used 1.5 cups of granulated white sugar instead ofthe original two sugars and it worked out fine.
