    I would've preferred it to taste more pumpkin-y but it was still good. I probably won't use this recipe again.

    My advice is to cook for the longer end of the time range or cook "close " to heat source. I made two sheets at same time the ones that were more well done really popped with spice. The ones that were cooked, but on the lighter end were good but not as flavorful.

    Delicious, mini pumpkin bread bites! Super moist and satisfying cookies. I was out of brown sugar and so used 1.5 cups of granulated white sugar instead ofthe original two sugars and it worked out fine.
