This was DELICIOUS! The yogurt really does the trick for moistness, and the authors tip for wiping the pans across the top inch definitely worked! Very happy with these and will make again!

didnt have yogurt or sour cream. used 6 oz almond milk. didn't have all the spices. used heaping tsp of pumpkin spice mix. didn't have 2 loaf pans. used a 9x13 pan. baked for 33 min at 375°
very moist and delicious. made a maple buttercream glaze for the top. loved it! TYVM 💜

Yummy! I used fresh pumpkin so it was a little lighter in color and I used sour cream instead of yogurt because I didn’t want it to be too sweet. Turned out great!

It was wonderful the tips on mixing were a big help . the bread came out so light it was amazing . will make it again.
