- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey or other liquid sweetener)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted, or olive oil, coconut oil, vegetable shortening, or oil of your choice)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk (or other milk, or water)
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (I’m generous here, so you could get away with 1/4 cup if you don’t want to load up on chocolate)
