Gets the job done, definite cookie but takes a little getting used to. I added 2 eggs and they turned out well

Pretty good for a low carb cookie. Next time I will use an egg and hopefully they will stay together better. Made as the recipe says, they are very fragile and literally fall apart when you pick them up.

I added 2 eggs, 1/2tsp baking powder. came out great. I used my cookie scoop and got 43 cookies. I used sugar free chocolate chips. Came out to 1 net carb per cookie. My husband was very pleased with the result.

Tastes good & turned out fine but the batter didn't stick together well even with 1 egg.
