Awesome! They taste so good and stay crispy yet moist at the same time! I'm making them right now just because I couldn't stay away from them ;P

I've made this recipe before, and had them turn out really dry. Almost like biscuits. This time I cut the flour by maybe 1/2 a cup (I added the flour slowly to the liquid and just kind of eyeballed it. Think the texture of those place and bake cookies we all used to love before we went vegan) and they turned out amazing. Subbed Carob, but I think they could be fine without any add-ins. After my adjustments, these are my favorite vegan cookies. <3
