This recipe is the BEST gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe I have made. I was so impressed with how chewy, soft, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious the cookies came out. My mom (who truly does not enjoy sweets) ate two, she enjoyed them so much! Highly recommend. I substituted maple syrup with agave for a less-sweet alternative.
