Dry too, much flour I think I did refrigerate the dough overnight perhaps that contributed to the dryness

I’ve made this a few times a it’s always great. Sometimes I make giant cookies as even more of a treat!

Absolutely amazing! I didn’t have self rising flour so I used normal flour with a tea spoon of baking powder... turned out delicious! Also, before baking, I suggest to put the tray with the cookies in the fridge for 15 min

simple easy recipe, baked them with my son and he loved them. one word of advice. as they are crunchie cookies they dont spread as much as soft ones so make sure to press them down on the tray or you end up with little cookie balls.

Nice basic recipe that was easy to follow and chop and change to suit what flavour you want for your cookies. Definitely use again 😊

Made as directed only thing different was i pushed them flatter with the back of a spoon 5 mins after putting them in the oven as they looked more like dome like /squashed cakes .The end result was quite a large rock hard cookie which was overwhelming sweet and bit too buttery!! Won’t be making again! As want to keep what teeth i have left .

Dough is a bit hard to roll into a ball due to it being a bit sticky other than that a great recipe
