Does have a strong cream cheese flavor but still pretty good used vanilla wafers and that worked out well

All I taste is cream cheese. Modified it a bit to add more vanilla, butter, brown sugar and some flour. Tastes closer to chocolate chip cookie dough but still like cream cheese. Not a bad dip - just don't expect it to taste like cookie dough. Also, I think it would taste more like cookie dough if you creamed the butter and sugar rather than melting it.

It was a BIG hit with my family! We love chocolate chip cookies & this was delicious!

Very good, creamy compared to other versions of this recipe I’ve made because the brown sugar and butter are melted first. I like adding a little extra chocolate chips and some white chocolate chips too

The one issue I always have about this dip is that the cream cheese flavor takes away from it tasting like chocolate chip cookie dough. I decided to do 4 oz cream cheese and 4 oz mascarpone. It was closer to the flavor I wanted without compromising the density of the dip. I think I might try serving it with brownie brittle next time instead of graham crackers.

LOVE it! So good with Lorna Doones, vanilla wafers and other sweet crisps! This is a great alternative if you want a little something sweet but do not want to over whelm the event! Love it!
