  • 8 ounces cream cheese (brick-style, softened, I used lite)
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping (thawed and divided, I used fat free)
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk (cold 2%)
  • 3 7/8 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips (chopped candy bars, nuts, etc. may be substituted)
